Waters and woods grace Tsinghua, which, with great virtue , carries the world

August 3rd to 5th witnessed the sun scorching the earth, and yet the hot weather in Beijing could not stop the enthusiasm of 200 elite customers of 3TREES from all over the country for learning. They went on Tsinghua campus, fulfilled their dream of learning at Tsinghua, studied and improved themselves.

August 3rd marked the opening ceremony of the 7th 3TREES Advanced Seminar for Entrepreneurs in Tsinghua University. Professor Diao Qingjun, Party Secretary of the School of Continuing Education(SCE), Professor Gao Celi, Dean of SCE, Ms. Guo Xiaomei, Director of SME Training Center SCE, Mr. Wang Shuanghong, Director of SME Training Program, SCE, Zhu Qifeng, Lin Dedian, Vice President of 3TREES, Ma Zhibin, General Manager of Engineering Paints Division, and Kuang Zhengsan, General Manager of Paints Decoration Division, attended the opening ceremony. Hence the advanced seminar for entrepreneurs started.

The experts and teachers from many fields in China brought a feast of wisdom to the students during the three days. The students from key account centers studied four major courses, i.e. Macroeconomic Situation and Hot Spot Analysis, Innovative Thinking, Enterprise Culture Construction Methodologies and Enterprise Strategic Management, while the students from retail centers studied courses such as Winning in the Terminal: a New Era in Retail, Corporate Operation Management and Emotional Intelligence Leadership. The courses brought the students knowledge and renewal of learning, and increased their enthusiasm and confidence in the future. Some students said that the learning platforms provided by 3TREES have enabled them to feel the humanistic spirit of Tsinghua's self-improvement and morality, and achieve breakthroughs in knowledge and strategic thinking so that they would keep up the habit of lifelong learning for constant self-improvement and application of knowledge to their career and work.

August 5th marked the end of three days of intense studies, and the Seventh 3TREES Advanced Seminar for Entrepreneurs held a graduation ceremony, where Professor Wu Gengsheng, Vice President of Tsinghua University SCE, Lin Dedian, Vice President of 3TREES, and Kuang Zhengsan, General Manager of Paints Decoration Business Department, awarded the students with certificates. And at the graduation dinner that evening, the students gave wonderful performances such as chorus, catwalks and poem recitation, which showed the grace of 3TREES and their gratitude and loyalty to the company.

As one cannot stop learning, 3TREES has always been striving toward a learning-based enterprise and advocates life-long learning, which not only could empower its employees but also its partners. And as the first enterprise in the building materials industry that provides college education and advanced training for entrepreneurs, 3TREES has been attaching great importance to win-wins with her partners in the future, so that more partners could learn, innovate, and comprehensively enhance her partner enterprises’ management. And the future would witness more 3TREES members and partners entering famous schools and universities of their dreams, strengthen themselves with knowledge and have their dreams take wings, and make new journeys and achievements!
