The 5th 3TREES Provincial & Regional Managers Leadership Promotion Seminar started in EDP Center of Xiamen University School of Management on the morning of July 1st, which lasted for three days, with 233 participants from major customer and retail centers. Wonderful courses such as "Leadership Art" and "Building High Performance Team" were given on the opening day, when Professor Liao Jianqiao instructed from four aspects: leadership roles, leadership authority, leadership quality and staff motivation, and taught about how to achieve a breakthrough in leadership and achieve more efficient management of the team. Professor Fu Yonggang introduced the course from the core content of enterprise management and why team building is needed, and explained the core characteristics of high-performance teams, how to build such teams, and the challenges faced in the building, and he interspersed his talk with vivid case analysis, with students' earnest input and enthusiastic classroom interaction.

In the next two days, there were courses such as "Super User Value under the New Business Civilization", "Strategic Financial Analysis and Decision-making" and "Analysis of Current Macroeconomic and Real Estate Market Situations".
