The 3-day 3TREES Fourth Provincial & Regional Managers Leadership Promotion Seminar ended with success in a classroom of Qunxian Building, Xiamen University on July 4th, and at the seminar 3TREES once again joined hands with Xiamen University for tailor-made relevant leadership courses for more than 200 provincial and regional managers in 3TREES, to have created a process of wisdom and enhancement.

The famous teachers of the seminar prepared rich food of learning for the students, such as financial management, strategic management, coaching leadership, new retailing on the Internet, and building a great business empire with user experience.

Professor Lin Chaonan from the Accounting Department of Xiamen University led the students in exploring the logic of financial management and business operation with the course Financial Management of Non-financial Managers, and explained the strategic roles of financial management in business operation from the angles of financial concepts, financial analysis and decision-making framework, amoeba business model, etc., so as to sharpen the students' thinking of statements and foresee the future with financial management. His lively and interesting style and the courses combining cases and theories caused the students to learn happily and benefit greatly.

Mr. Pan Yifan, a distinguished professor, a strategic management course of Xiamen University, offered the course "Enterprises’ Strategic Management" to the trainees, explaining how, with strategic management, to enhance lasting competitive advantages and create values in the process of enterprise operation from five modules, namely, the Essence of Strategy, Strategic Value Creation-positioning and Matching, Strategic Process Management, Strategic Execution and Thinking.

The course "Coach Leadership" is offered by Professor Zhang Guyan, a leading EQ leadership training expert in China. And as the purpose of leadership is for efficiency, downward passage of messages and orders, learning question-and-answer communication, specific and practical techniques in management, management based on social environment, and promoting performance with EQ leadership. Great things can be done with as many people as can be united!

The students of provincial and regional managers' leadership improvement seminar also had a walk around the island after school, thereby learning Xuanzang’s spirit of pilgrimage and adventure and practicing 3TREES’s culture of vigorous walking, displaying 3TREES’s entrepreneurial spirit of hard work and constant strive for No. 1.

And after the courses, the graduation ceremony was held for the 4th 3TREES Provincial & Regional Manager Leadership Promotion, where Prof. Chen Min, Project Director of EDP Center, School of Management, Xiamen University, awarded certificates to the trainees, and the studies came to a successful conclusion.
