On the afternoon of January 26, 2016, the 3TREES corporate culture knowledge contest took place at the Putian Municipal Stadium, where 3TREES chairman Hong Jie and all vice presidents of 3TREES were present and acted as judges. Since its inception in 2005, the annual corporate event of 3TREES had been held for 12 editions by 2017.

Every edition of the contest has featured new teams, new competition rules and new highlights. This edition, for example, introduced a new championship challenge with progressively more intensive competitiveness which added to the engagement and thrill of the contest.  

At the beginning of the contest, the teams from each of the nine centers performed their team presentations. With powerful slogans and shouting support groups, each team was no slouch, ready and waiting for the real confrontation to follow.

The first round of the compulsory quiz was simple, and the teams were all pretty even. The highlight of the competition was the second round of quizzes, which was not only about knowledgeableness, but also about speed at which the right answers were given. The "elite team" representing the No. 1 technical center obviously mastered the skills of answering questions in the first round, with nearly half of the 20 questions being snatched by them, and their score was far ahead in this round.

In the third round of the contest, the lucky team was selected by Chairman Hong Jie by smashing a “golden egg”. As the golden egg was opened, luck also came. The lucky team turned out to be the "God of Wealth" team from the financial center, which boded auspiciously for all people at 3TREES.

With the crowning of the winner came the exciting championship challenge. Each team was so strong that after a round of being left behind, they immediately caught up in the next round, steadily increasing the suspense of the competition. In the process, the audience was also highly engaged with high excitement. In the end, the "elite team" from the technical center, which was the runner-up of the previous edition, stood out from all the teams as the champion of the contest and received a team prize of RMB5,000. The other teams were awarded with the corresponding prizes according to their scores.
